Site Visit
Buckle up your seatbelts. We will conduct a site visit to better understand the space of your venue. We've erected tents on the side of a mountain, constructed the whole facade of a house and built a man-made pond among other feats - so no challenge is too big!
Concept Creation
Once there is an understanding of the space we will be working in, our designers begin their creative process. They will prepare initial proposals and design decks for your review to make sure we are bringing your dream day to life.
Design Planning
After verifying that we are moving in the right direction, our design teams will begin the process of selecting furnishings and decor, purchasing necessary production items, and reserving rentals as needed.
Logistics
When logistics set in, you can count on us to do everything we can to make our installation go as smoothly as possible - book flights, order floral, set timelines... Consider it covered!
Production
With an approved design, logistics set in motion, and a set vision in mind, our team can begin building, painting, creating. We will prepare everything that we can in advance to your day to insure a smooth install.
Execution
Prepare for landing. On event installations, managing the unforeseen is expertly navigated by our incredible team. We work with endlessly talented artisans and partners to ensure that client and guest experience is as breathtaking as the design.
